Welcome to Nu3CarePlus. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Nu3CarePlus mobile application, website, and related services (collectively, the "Platform"). By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.
1. About Nu3CarePlus
Nu3CarePlus is a technology platform designed to provide nutrition and wellness support and to facilitate connections between users and independent wellness professionals. Nu3CarePlus does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and does not operate as a healthcare provider.
All professionals accessible through the Platform operate independently and are not employees, agents, or representatives of Nu3CarePlus.
2. Eligibility
- You must be 18 years or older to use the Platform.
- Nu3CarePlus is not intended for use by children.
3. Account Registration
- You agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information when creating an account.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
- Nu3CarePlus may suspend or terminate accounts containing false, misleading, or incomplete information.
4. Nature of Services (Important)
4.1 General Disclaimer
Nu3CarePlus provides nutrition and wellness information for educational and informational purposes only.
The Platform does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment and is not a substitute for professional healthcare services. Users should consult a qualified healthcare professional for any medical concerns or health-related decisions.
4.2 Nutrition & Wellness Support
Independent professionals on the Platform may provide general nutrition education, lifestyle guidance, and wellness-related information. Such content is intended to support healthy habits only.
4.3 Chef‑Related Features
The Platform may facilitate access to chefs who prepare meals based on general nutrition guidance. Nu3CarePlus does not cook, prepare, deliver, or guarantee meals or dietary outcomes.
4.4 Pharmacy‑Related Features
Nu3CarePlus may facilitate communication with licensed pharmacists for informational purposes only.
- Nu3CarePlus does not prescribe, verify prescriptions, dispense, sell, or distribute medications.
- All medications must be obtained through licensed pharmacies in accordance with applicable laws.
4.5 Health Tracking Tools
Any health or wellness tracking features are user‑entered and informational only. These tools are not diagnostic and must not be used to make medical decisions.
4.6 AI Assistance
The AI assistant ("Coco") provides general wellness reminders and informational support only. Coco does not provide medical or health advice and should not be relied upon for healthcare decisions.
5. Payments & Subscriptions
- Payments made through the Platform are for services provided by independent professionals.
- Nu3CarePlus facilitates payment processing but is not responsible for the services delivered by third parties.
- Pricing and subscription plans may change with prior notice.
6. Refund Policy
- Subscriptions: Non‑refundable once the service period begins.
- Service‑specific payments: Refunds may be issued for non‑delivery or billing errors if reported within 7 business days at support@nu3careplus.com.
7. User Conduct

8. Privacy & Data Protection

11. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind.
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- Nu3CarePlus is not responsible for outcomes resulting from the use of information on the Platform.
- Nu3CarePlus shall not be liable for decisions made based on content provided by independent professionals.
- Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the user in the previous 12 months or the equivalent of USD $50 in local currency, whichever is lower.
12. Termination
Nu3CarePlus may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms. Users may request account deactivation by contacting support@nu3careplus.com.
13. Modifications to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
15. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Nu3CarePlus from claims arising from misuse of the Platform or violation of these Terms.
16. Electronic Communications
By using the Platform, you consent to receive electronic communications and acknowledge that electronic agreements and signatures are legally binding.
